This 28 year-old health care professional and mother of 2 lost approximately 100 pounds following a laparoscopic gastric bypass procedure. During her consultation Dr. Diaz reviewed her surgical goals. She wanted to augment the volume of her breasts while avoiding the unnatural over-operated on look by avoiding excessive volume.  She also wanted to improve the perkiness of her breasts as well as to tighten he abdominal wall. Dr. Diaz developed an individualized surgical plan that would address her concerns. He offered her a breast lift and breast augmentation using  smooth, round silicone gel “gummy bear” implants.
