Dr. Diaz and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Diaz is a very professional, compassionate and highly skilled surgeon. I felt very safe in his care. Truly! The day of my surgery I was more nervous about getting an IV than the procedure Dr. Diaz was performing. He is an expert and I knew from our very first consultation that he was being genuine with me. There was never any pressure to have a procedure or try to upsell me on anything! Dr. Diaz is an amazing doctor who seems to do it all! He was there for my consultation, follow up consultation, surgery, the day after my surgery to see how I was doing, the weekend via cell phone, and the next week for check ups! He even offers his personal cell phone for after hours and weekend emergencies. I had a question after hours and he really does answer and help immediately!! He has earned quite a few awards from the community, which are displayed in his waiting area. I'm sure he and his staff deserve every single one of them! Dr. Diaz has assembled a "dream team" staff! Freddy, the head nurse, is energetic, knowledgeable and supportive! He really did not mind answering my questions, even when I called three times in one day. Coral, at the front desk is always welcoming and happy to answer my many, many calls to the office. Dr. Thesson, the anesthesiologist, took into consideration my hesitations and made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Stacey Jayne, the operating room nurse, who I met the morning of my surgery is a real sweetheart. She tried to lighten the mood, when I was obviously nervous about getting an IV. I felt that I had a friend in the operating room with me even though I had only met her a short while before. She was such a great support. Stacey Jayne deserves a gold star!!! If you are considering a procedure, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Diaz for a consultation!
Wonderful Dr. Diaz and his staff! He and Natalie are warm and kind, (adore Natalie) as is his front desk professionals. They explained procedures that were in my best interest and am so happy with my results. Also, your seminar at the Brevard Zoo had my friend at 'Hello'. She made an appointment! See you soon.
