I did tons of research before I found Dr Michael Diaz and now that I'm almost 4 months post op I know that I could not have made a better decision. First of all Dr Diaz is a master at his craft. I was told by several people that he is a perfectionist and that became clear to me in a good way. He spent hours making sure our goals and expectations were in line. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. I am incredibly happy with my results. I wish I could thank everyone single staff member at the practice. The girls at the front desk made me feel like the only patient every time I walked through the door. They called me by name and always showed genuine interest and concern. Freddie is incredible at what he does as well. In the difficult days following my procedure both he and Dr. Diaz made sure I had every thing I needed to make my recovery as safe and comfortable as possible. I had (and used) both of their cell phone numbers. They personally called to check on me. I dont know anyone who does this. Dr Diaz even called the night before my surgery to make i was ready and ease my concerns. Dr. Archer even made a trip to my house when I needed her help. The anesthesiologist made me feel extra special before my procedure by giving me a bracelet from his recent Mexico trip right before I went into surgery. He also took my parents cell numbers and kept them updated through text throughout the entire procedure. These little personal touches are what make this practice stand out. It's pretty special to have the rare combination of clinical expertise, attentive and genuine staff, and just all around good people all in one place. If you are looking for results you will be happy with and an experience that will leave you grateful, look no further.
