I'm a 38 year old mother of three and was finally able to get my long awaited tummy tuck with Lipo this past Feb. by Dr. Michael Diaz. I wanted to wait a full 6 months so that I can give an honest review about my experience. I am now just under 8 months post op and so unbelievably happy with my results and the care that I've had! I know I made the right choice when choosing Dr. Diaz. that he honestly had me at hello! He is by far the best in my opinion and with him you get PERFECTION!
Dr. Diaz and his staff excel in every way. Dr. Diaz has expertise as well as being compassionate and kind. I am very happy with the results of my procedure. His nurse/assistant, Freddy, is one of the most incredible medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He's Dr. Diaz's best asset. And I can't say enough about the front desk staff. Coral was always so courteous and efficient. I loved working with Tony!!! She was so sweet and reassured me about things I had questions about early in the process. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz!!

I loved everything about my experience here. Dr Diaz did a tummy tuck for me in January 2017, and I am thrilled with the outcome. The office was totally on top of aftercare, with Dr Diaz even giving me his personal cell phone number in case I had any even emergencies over the weekend. I have to give a special shout out to Freddy, who is without a doubt the best nurse ever.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Diaz and his entire staff. He does amazing work! Thank you so much to him and to Freddy for making me feel so comfortable throughout my whole procedure! They are very professional and personable.
I had my procedure done by Dr. Diaz about six years ago; he is such a comforting and reassuring surgeon! His professionalism is remarkable and his work is outstanding resulting in great satisfaction. His facility is always so clean and welcoming. I've never felt awkward sitting in the waiting room when I go back for follow-ups. His staff is always very friendly and flexible. His office manager, Tammy, is very patient and understanding; her customer service is exceptional. She will go above and beyond for you with a cooperative and positive attitude! I highly recommend Diaz Plastic Surgery!!!
I want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Diaz and his staff for the amazing job they did. I had 20 year old implants with capsular contracture that needed to be replaced. During my consult I first met with Freddy, Dr Diaz's nurse. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised that he would be with me through every step of the procedure and for follow ups. Once I saw Dr. Diaz I felt I had all my question's answered and knew exactly what to expect. I booked my appointment the same day. Dr. Diaz and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I am very happy with my results. I would like like to thank Toni, Coral, Sarah, Tammy, Lisa, Ginna, Stacey and Megan. I would definitely recommend Dr. Diaz.
My breast implants were replaced by Dr. Diaz and I was very pleased with the results. I was impressed with his professionalism along with being so personable. My surgery went well but after 6 days I developed a hematoma which was very upsetting. Dr. Diaz and his staff immediately performed emergency surgery to stop the bleed. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Diaz and his staff especially Freddy, his nurse who continues to care for me during my followup visits. O.R. nurse, Stacy was also incredible. I have to give thanks to Dr. Thessen the anesthesiologist who stayed and had to delay another surgery so Dr. Diaz and his staff could perform this emergency surgery. It was so comforting to receive such quality care. The entire staff, including the receptionists continue to make my followup visits so pleasant.Thank you.
