My experience with Dr Diaz and his staff was outstanding!! From the consultation to the last visit. Dr Diaz is very professional and compassionate. He totally took his time with any questions I had. Never felt rushed. His staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had a Tummy Tuck, Lipo and Muscle Repair. He even made my husband feel welcome and comfortable.
Dr. Diaz and All staff have been Great!! Today was my last appointment after surgery! Still have to heal. Wendy and All the nurses are so caring too!!! I would 100% recommend them!!! I had Explant and a lift.
Dr. Michael Diaz is the BEST plastic surgeon I have ever been to! Starting from his office staff, Megan, Wendy, Pam, Maja, Amy L, Amy B and Ruth are the most compassionate, genuine people I have ever met. When you walk into Dr. Diaz’s office you have their complete attention. Every person I mentioned above is fully trained in their profession. They all work harmoniously with each other and you to make your visit with them special!
I had bilateral breast augmentation in February 2024 and I am beyond thankful to Dr. Diaz, Wendy, Pam, Maya, the anesthesiologist and the whole OR team. My patient care experience throughout the consultation, office visits, surgery and post op visits were phenomenal especially because I did not feel any pain after my surgery. I recommend everyone to go to Dr. Diaz. He is very patient and very caring. I was very nervous because I have never done plastic surgery before but Dr. Diaz answered all my questions and made me feel relax and calmed all my fears. Dr. Diaz enhanced my appearance and I love my outcome and honestly I couldn't be happier. I feel confident and beautiful. They are very professional and I can not express enough gratitude. Dr. Michael Diaz and his team are extraordinary and easily have to be one of the top plastic surgery practices in the area. Dr. Diaz possesses not only a phenomenal skill set but also an unparalleled commitment to the absolute best patient care. His level of expertise and limitless knowledge in the biomedical sciences are incomparable. He has gone more than the extra mile for his patients when it comes to their health by operating out of his own private surgery center at his practice. He's extremely dedicated to keeping his operating room sterile and his patients healthy. Since my consultation appointment, the entire team has continued to make me feel taken care of like I am their one and only patient. The post op care was by far the finest anyone could ever receive from a doctors office. Pam Cavalcante, the Cosmetic Coordinator, is so kind and helpful with guidance through the process from start to finish. She was always available to answer any questions I happen to think of relating to my surgery. His medical assistant, Wendy Capotosto, goes above and beyond every single appointment with her outstanding patient treatment. She is such a sweet woman and will never fail to get a smile from you even if you are one day post-op miserably in pain. I cannot put into words just how incredible Dr. Diaz and his team really are. I could not be more thankful and in love with the magic he performed during surgery for me. If you have any interest or thoughts about possibly getting plastic surgery, this practice should be your choice. You do not just pay for the surgery; with Dr. Diaz and his team, you receive unmatched surgical expertise and patient care.
I just had my second procedure with Dr. Diaz. There is hands down no one else I would ever trust for my surgeries. He is very informative, answers all my questions and puts my anxiety at ease. Also his work is impeccable. I also want to say his staff is phenomenal. Sidney needs a raise for her patient care alone. I told her I was nervous and she sat with me and rubbed my hand the whole time I was getting numbed up to calm my nerves. I had a procedure done in the office so I was awake and she sat at the feet the entire time telling me I was doing great and giving words of encouragement and support. I can’t thank her enough. She is AMAZING.
I GIVE DR DIAZ AND HIS STAFF 5 STARS FOR MANY REASONS. I NEEDED TO HAVE SURGERY DONE AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO GO TO. I LOOKED UP DR DIAZ ONLINE, READ HIS REVIEWS AND ALSO I READ HIS BIO. I DECIDED TO MAKE APPT FOR CONSULTATION WITH HIM. I IMMEDIATELY WAS GREETED BY MAJA AT THE FRONT DESK, WITH A SMILE . THAT STARTED MY WONDERFUL JOURNEY WITH DR DIAZ AND HIS STAFF. HIS ASSISTANT, WENDY , BROUGHT ME BACK TO AN EXAM ROOM AND I FELT RELAXED AND IMPRESSED WITH HER FRIENDLY PERSONALITY. SHE MADE A VERY POSITIVE IMPRESSION ON ME THAT MADE ME START TO REALIZE THAT I HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION TO COME TO THIS PRACTICE. DR DIAZ CAME IN AND RIGHT AWAY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HE TOOK HIS TIME TALKING TO ME, GETTING TO KNOW ME, AND NEVER MADE ME FEEL RUSHED. WE TALKED ABOUT THE CONDITION THAT HAD BROUGHT ME INTO HIS OFFICE AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO CORRECT IT. AFTER HE EXAMINE ME, AND TOLD ME MY OPTIONS, WE MADE A DECISION TOGETHER ON TAKING THE NEXT STEP FORWARD. MADE THE APPT FOR MY UPCOMING SURGERY AND THEN ARRANGED ANOTHER APPT WITH HIM FOR MY PREOP VISIT. I WAS THEN DIRECTED TO PAM, THE COORDINATOR, AND AGAIN, I WAS GREETED IN A WARM AND FRIENDLY MANNER. I KNEW THEN THAT AFTER MEETING HIM AND THESE STAFF MEMBERS OF HIS OFFICE, THAT I HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. I FELT A HUGE WEIGHT LIFTED OFF MY SHOULDERS AND I KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. THE DAY OF SURGERY I MET A WONDERFUL NURSE SIDNEY, WHO PREPARED ME FOR THE SURGERY AND INTRODUCED ME TO THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SURGICAL TEAM. I FELT AT RELIEVED THAT I WAS GOING TO COME OUT OF THIS IN A GOOD WAY. I HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE ANOTHER 2 TIMES TO SEE DR DIAZ FOR POST OP CHECKS AND HAVE ANOTHER APPT COMING UP. I AM A RETIRED NURSE AND I HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS. DR DIAZ AND HIS STAFF HAVE EXCEEDED THOSE EXPECTATIONS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUE HEALING AND PAMPER MYSELF AT HIS MEDISPA FOR SOME GREAT FACIALS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR DIAZ AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF. I THINK IT HAS THE MOST FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE OF ANY OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME.
I had a neck lift there in April of 2023. I work as a CRNA in New Mexico, and I have had 3 different plastic surgeons all say what a great job Dr. Diaz did. While I am completely satisfied and happy with the results, having other plastic surgeons compliment his work is the ultimate confirmation I can imagine that he did a terrific job on my surgery.
I had a consultation with Dr. Diaz last year. I didn’t have my surgery with him for location reasons (my parents relocated from Melbourne and I live in south Florida). However, the consultation was so good I felt like I needed to write a review. He listened to every concern I had, asked all questions necessary to understand my situation, he discussed all my options in detail and his recommendations. I brought my mom with me and she was amazed at how much time he spent with us. I know people who have had surgery by him and love the results. Def would trust him!
