I GIVE DR DIAZ AND HIS STAFF 5 STARS FOR MANY REASONS. I NEEDED TO HAVE SURGERY DONE AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHO TO GO TO. I LOOKED UP DR DIAZ ONLINE, READ HIS REVIEWS AND ALSO I READ HIS BIO. I DECIDED TO MAKE APPT FOR CONSULTATION WITH HIM. I IMMEDIATELY WAS GREETED BY MAJA AT THE FRONT DESK, WITH A SMILE . THAT STARTED MY WONDERFUL JOURNEY WITH DR DIAZ AND HIS STAFF. HIS ASSISTANT, WENDY , BROUGHT ME BACK TO AN EXAM ROOM AND I FELT RELAXED AND IMPRESSED WITH HER FRIENDLY PERSONALITY. SHE MADE A VERY POSITIVE IMPRESSION ON ME THAT MADE ME START TO REALIZE THAT I HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION TO COME TO THIS PRACTICE. DR DIAZ CAME IN AND RIGHT AWAY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HE TOOK HIS TIME TALKING TO ME, GETTING TO KNOW ME, AND NEVER MADE ME FEEL RUSHED. WE TALKED ABOUT THE CONDITION THAT HAD BROUGHT ME INTO HIS OFFICE AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO CORRECT IT. AFTER HE EXAMINE ME, AND TOLD ME MY OPTIONS, WE MADE A DECISION TOGETHER ON TAKING THE NEXT STEP FORWARD. MADE THE APPT FOR MY UPCOMING SURGERY AND THEN ARRANGED ANOTHER APPT WITH HIM FOR MY PREOP VISIT. I WAS THEN DIRECTED TO PAM, THE COORDINATOR, AND AGAIN, I WAS GREETED IN A WARM AND FRIENDLY MANNER. I KNEW THEN THAT AFTER MEETING HIM AND THESE STAFF MEMBERS OF HIS OFFICE, THAT I HAD MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. I FELT A HUGE WEIGHT LIFTED OFF MY SHOULDERS AND I KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. THE DAY OF SURGERY I MET A WONDERFUL NURSE SIDNEY, WHO PREPARED ME FOR THE SURGERY AND INTRODUCED ME TO THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SURGICAL TEAM. I FELT AT RELIEVED THAT I WAS GOING TO COME OUT OF THIS IN A GOOD WAY. I HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE ANOTHER 2 TIMES TO SEE DR DIAZ FOR POST OP CHECKS AND HAVE ANOTHER APPT COMING UP. I AM A RETIRED NURSE AND I HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS. DR DIAZ AND HIS STAFF HAVE EXCEEDED THOSE EXPECTATIONS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUE HEALING AND PAMPER MYSELF AT HIS MEDISPA FOR SOME GREAT FACIALS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR DIAZ AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF. I THINK IT HAS THE MOST FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE OF ANY OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME.
I had a neck lift there in April of 2023. I work as a CRNA in New Mexico, and I have had 3 different plastic surgeons all say what a great job Dr. Diaz did. While I am completely satisfied and happy with the results, having other plastic surgeons compliment his work is the ultimate confirmation I can imagine that he did a terrific job on my surgery.
I had a consultation with Dr. Diaz last year. I didn’t have my surgery with him for location reasons (my parents relocated from Melbourne and I live in south Florida). However, the consultation was so good I felt like I needed to write a review. He listened to every concern I had, asked all questions necessary to understand my situation, he discussed all my options in detail and his recommendations. I brought my mom with me and she was amazed at how much time he spent with us. I know people who have had surgery by him and love the results. Def would trust him!
I went to Dr. Diaz for my initial consult for Tammy tuck and liposuction. The staff was so nice and Dr. Diaz explained everything and made sure that any questions I had answered. I decided to have my surgery performed by him because it was important that I was happy with the staff and have a surgeon who I felt was so thorough and could feel at ease that my surgery was going to go smoothly. Well I have to say everything did from start to finish including my postoperative visits! I am so happy with the final results! I have to thank him, his staff especially Wendy Capotosto, prep and recovery nurses, and anesthesiologist! You all are the best!
Everyone here was so nice and helpful. The office is sparkling clean and peaceful. Great experience and will def come back!
After years of neglecting my skin I went to Dr Diaz after recommendations from family and friends. What an absolutely WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Dr Diaz is a no nonsense, humble,down to earth, approachable doctor. he listens to you and you can just trust that his advice and recommendations are genuinely what you need. He’s not trying to sell you on anything. He gives advice like you were his family. He is extremely meticulous, intelligent, knowledgeable and experienced. His staff is absolutely TOP NOTCH! I came in for a Botox treatment and admitted I had no idea how to take care of my skin. He recommended I pumped the brakes a bit, recommended a solid skin care routine and medical facial, and then move forward with Botox. That was the absolute perfect advice. The results are stunning. My skin has never looked or felt so good. Looks like I shed 10 years. I feel confident with Dr Diaz’s treatments and recommendations and he is now my go to guy. I just wished I would have done this sooner. Dr Diaz does not disappoint. I highly recommend !
Lovely and professional staff, and amazing service. 10/10 recommended Update;second time: Amy at Dr Diaz’s office is the absolute best! I’ll be driving 1.5 hours each way just to get everything done by her. She’s honest, knowledgeable and experienced! The results turned out better than I even imagined:)
Every person on the staff here are fantastic and professional. Dr. Diaz gave me his personal cell phone number and I actually used it - he was very quick to respond. Wendy Capotosto was very personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - quality place!
My initial visit with Dr. Diaz was in 2022. He was very professional and did not try to sell me on anything that I was not wanting. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions on how to correct them. I had my surgery in January 2023, he and his staff were very caring, comforting and overall accommodating to my needs. Dr. Diaz did a scar revision on a previous tummy tuck and oh how I wish he had done the original surgery. I love how thin and smooth my new scar is, he did an amazing job. So much so, that I can't believe the number of times I have showed it off to my girlfriends and family members. I'm so happy with his bedside manners and his skills that I have referred him to friends of mine in California. He's even taken the time to get to know my husband and have great conversations with him as well when I visit his office. Based on my interactions with Dr. Diaz, he's a wonderful Doctor and person in general. I forgot to mention how awesome Wendy is also. You can definitely see that Dr. Diaz sets the tone of his office. Everyone is polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz, you can't go wrong with him. Robin Moore
